Delphia Howze is a business-minded Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) leader with more than 20 years of successful experience in helping organizations leverage diversity to create and strengthen inclusive environments.
Her areas of expertise include developing and implementing HR and D&I strategies, conducting organizational assessments, training and development, mentoring and coaching, leadership development, AAP programs, and immigration petitions.
Delphia’s professional background is extensive. She has enhanced her professional expertise through roles of increasing responsibility held in the following industries: retail, banking, energy, trucking and logistics, and higher education. In addition to her profession as an HR and D&I practitioner, she demonstrates her commitment to D&I through community engagement by serving as a board and trustee member to a variety of community and national organizations.
Delphia enjoys helping others learn, understand, and apply new information and perspectives. Throughout her career, she has successfully facilitated learning opportunities as a keynote speaker, college instructor, business facilitator, and most recently, a virtual leader.
